Its state of art technology solution, “KNOW MORE” for electronic customer onboarding process using facial recognition sensing liveness of the customer eases cumbersome manual onboarding process. It is cost effective and it helps to make the onboarding faster. The whole process is happened within few minutes just by taking the image of the NID and customer’s live picture – no need to input anything by the customer.

We offer following automated features separately through separate API also:

  • Optical Character Recognition (OCR) of NID

  • Comparison of NID Card data with National Database

  • Liveness detection and comparison of live photo with National Database photo

Customer’s own identify will be verified using Live Face Recognition and / Fingerprint matching criteria. NID data will be captured and compared electronically with Government Data and thereby it will onboard the customer in the Financial Institution’s system. Through this process, customer’s unique number (CIF) and CASA Account will be opened instantly within few minute by the customer himself or by the agent or branch officer.

EKYC solution (Know_More) of AlphaOne offers a single platform that ensures customer onboarding processes by following the required guideline of Bangladesh Bank or any other regulatory bodies. This solution onboards the customers without / least manual input into the system.

This solution is flexible enough to integrate with financial institutions’ required applications through its API.

User Interface can be developed as per respective institution’s own requirement.

TRANSACTION PROFILE

Required Transaction Profile (TP) for both Simplified KYC and Regular KYC are available in Know_More system.

RISK GRADING

Based on Central Bank / regulatory authority’s directives, Know_More is capable of doing the risk grading of the customer on the basis of given KYC data. Thereafter, it will generate report / send SMS / send email periodically as per financial institution’s compliance requirement. This Risk Grading score can be preserved in Know_More or it can be sent to financial institution’s own TP / Risk Grading System using. 

IDENTITY RECOGNITION

In our solution, customer’s live face picutre is taken – liveliness of the customer is ensured. Live picture, taken either by customer himself or agent or branch officer is compared with the picture, fetched from Election Commission or Government nominated body. Know_More is capble to match the customer’s identify through his/her fingerprint.

INTEGRATION

Seamless online integration between Know_More and other applications such as – Election Commission, AML, Dedupe, TP etc are ensured.

EKYC Platform

KNOW_MORE, the EKYC system is capable for both Assisted and Self Check-In model.

AlphaOne will provie Desktop verison which will be run across the branches / agent offices & Webportal version for customers.

We will provide API to the financial institution to integrate with their existing APP. If they want we will provide them our APP through which financial institutions can onboard the customer following EKYC process.

Financial Institutions can use our APP for other digital solutions as they require such as – Remittance or fund Transfer, Utility bill payments, various Inquiry of their bank accounts & Card, Loan & Credit Card Outstanding info, Payment to Credit Card, Transaction history, mobile top-up, bKash top-up, promotional activities etc as per their requirements.
